  2. How many tries do I get to take the tests?
You can take the test as many times as necessary to obtain a 70% (passing) on each test. The College of Southern Idaho will pay for 6 tries. You will have to pay ($5.00) for each test after your sixth try.

The College of Southern Idaho will pay for 6 tries. You will have to pay ($5.00) for each test after your sixth try.
 
 
 
  4. Is there an order in which the tests must be taken?
No, you can take the tests in any order.
 
 
 
  5. When and where can I take these tests?
You can take the tests any time the testing center is open. Tests are not given within one hour of closing.
 
 
 
  6. How long do I have to wait to retake a test?
You must wait 24 hours to retake a test.
 
 
 
  7. Is there a list that specifies the exact knowledge and skill requirments for each test?

  8. How soon do I get my test results?
Tests are electronic and graded immediately.
 
 
 
  9. Can I get credits for passing the CSA?
Yes. Students may be awarded, at their request, 3 elective credits (CISA 101 Computer Literacy Skill Development) upon successful completion of the CSA. The credits will be added to your transcript and you will be charged the transcription fee.
